Antique Brass Eastlake Entry Doorknob Set Mortise Lock Decorative VTG 462-22B

Very nice decorative antique brass doorknob set with matching back plate and brass, iron mortise. The mortise is marked sargent & co. The set has a great naturally aged patina. The mortise does function with the knobs, but the spring is weak and doesn't pop the lockout constantly and may need be rebuilt.

We do not have the key. Both knobs set screws are removable.

Has a nice thumb lock. Please look over the pictures and ask questions when needed. Mortise brass face plate: 7" tall x 1 1/8" wide. Mortise body: 4 3/4" tall x 3 1/2" depth x 3 /4 thick.

The doorknobs: 2 1/8"diameter brass doorknobs x 2" exterior knob depth. The back plate and rosette: 2 1/8" wide x 7 1/8" tall x 2 1/8 diameter rosette.
