Balboa Entry Door

We do not take custom orders at this time. Our balboa entry door is a 6 lite operable top with a 1 panel bottom. It's made with knotty alder wood and comes with a factory tuscan antique glaze finish and triple glaze, tempered, seeded glass. The factory finish includes all components of the door finished, as parts - panel is finished separate, front/back, and its perimeter edges, operable upper lite separate, w/no glass. Then we install the glass to the upper operable.

The door is then fully assembled and a final coat is added and oven baked. To complete the process we then hand rub the door with a wood lubricant to soften the finish and give it a "worn" appearance. This is one of our most beautiful doors and is valued well over our asking price.

You cannot find a door like this anywhere for this price. Priced to sell and is a steal at this price. It's easy to install as it comes pre-hung in matching alder jambs. Remove your existing door jamb, slide this in, screw it to your house frame and enjoy your new door.
