Choice 1 Complete rim latch set, latch and catch, pr of Bennington knobs, and rosette. and thin door hinges

This is a choice of complete rim latch set latch & catch, pr of bennington knobs the correct style of them and a rosette. With either 2 or 3 thin door hinges.

Is a normal rim lock with key and key hole escutchion. & 3 thin door hinges.

The lock box is about 4" x 3 1/4" 2 3/8 set back, and has a night latch switch on the top of the box. The strike is about 4 x 7/8. The key hole is 1" x 1 3/4". And comes with a key.

Is an interior rim lock and is about 3 3/4 x 2 5/8. Has a push out night latch , and set back is about 2 5/8.

The strike is about 1 1/4" x 2 1/2". With 2 thin door hinges. Both sets come with the pair of bennington door knobs, one rosette, and 4 1/16" x 2 3/4" thin door hinges. The rosette is 2 1/8 dia.

The knobs has the flange to go against the rim latch and is the one for the rosette. Has the set screw for the door knob shaft no other screws come with this deal.

Note the one hinge the one on the far right side has a small pc missing next to the screw hole should not affect the screw holding could have just been a bad original casting. If you have any other questions just ask a-61. This item is made of iron and steel, porcelain, paint, patina, brass, nickel, brown swirl, bennington.

The style is primitive and rustic.
