Funny sculptural cow doorbell- De Luxe version

Cartoony cow door bell - de luxe version. A funny fellow for your entrance. Type of mounting: invisible screw connection. Please note: the head oft he vulture protrudes out about 5 cm. The "ding-dongers" are sculptural doorbell objects.

For all who want to make clear already at the door: someone special lives here. Each "ding-donger" was designed and digitally modeled by me individually and with great attention to detail (and gimmick). I offer most of the "ding-dongers" in 2 variants.

The deluxe variant already includes the led bell button and all mounting material. This is an advantage for those who are not technically or craft savvy and don't want to worry about anything.

The "do it yourself" variant only includes the 3d printed sculpture. The bell push button and mounting material (screws and dowels) are provided by yourself. I will give you hints and links for the choice of a suitable pushbutton and mounting material in a data sheet. In this video i explain the difference between this 2 variants.

You can find much more information about the ding-dongers assembly, etc. On the youtube playlist specially created for this purpose.

How is the bell connected. The pushbutton is a standard bell pushbutton with a mounting diameter of 19.4 mm.

In order for the led ring in the push button to light up, there must be a 12 v wire in addition to the bell wires (normally 5v) to power the led. Check with your electrician if necessary of course, the bell can also be operated without an illuminated led. How are the "ding-dongers" mounted. In general, there are 2 types of screw connection: visible and invisible screw connection.

With the invisible screw connection you mount the doorbell through the backside of the box and then clip the frontside onto the box. Visible mounting involves screwing through the sculpture in an inconspicuous place.

No, they are 3d printed however, each model is individually designed by me and digitally sculpted (see below). How are your works created. All of my work is modeled on the computer i model them from scratch, without using templates or models.

Here is a youtube video showing this process. What does the material look like.

The bell sculptures have a slightly grainy, mottled gray surface. The material (mjf pa 12) looks more like stone than plastic. Due to its strength, durability and rigidity, it is ideal for functional parts. Because the objects need to be 3d printed, which takes about 2 weeks.

I do not keep the designs in stock, they are 3d printed only when needed.
