Magic 2 Concealed Sliding System For Wood Barn Door
Concealed sliding system for wood barn door up to 43 inch. Magic 2 version: barn door sliding system with invisible running upper track recessed into the door. Door width: 26-11/16 inch (please see installation instructions). Door width: 43-1/4 inch (please see installation instructions). Upper track finish: brushed anodized graphite. For 1-leaf sliding doors for hard floors (laminate, pvc, tiles) and (soft floors, carpet, cork only for use in combination with bottom/floor track).
Adjustment facility: distance door to wall +4 mm (adjustment on both sides, for compensating uneven walls), height 2 mm. Installation: wall mounting floor must be even and level +/- max 1/4. Over 2 inches of the braking distance.
Uses new patented dampers, for total braking of 2 inches, increasing the soft closing motion of 3/4 inch more than the previous version, keeping the same widths of the door. The new adjustable dampers are no more connected to the spacer or end caps. Is now possible to adjust the damper position when required. New position for spacer wheels.
The magic 2 system incorporates new spacer wheels, placed at the end of the door, to better protect the door from any contact with the wall. New patented system for any type of adjustment. The new magic 2 slider system incorporates a patented micrometric adjustment system, which allows any type of vertical and horizontal adjustment: to compensate for the possible wall irregularities. These operations are possible also without removing the door from the slide as it was in the previous model. The magic 2 system is equipped with two new anti unhooking elements.
In these new elements, two safety rods have been inserted, they are used to easily rotate the anti unhooking without any other tool. In order to increase the smoothness of motion, the magic 2 system is equipped with a metallic lower guide made in zama. To better increase sliding silence magic 2 also includes a plastic profile at the bottom of the door. Patented lower wheels for better smoothness.
The new lower wheels of magic 2 have patented suspensions, and have been designed with a larger diameter, larger bearings, and bigger pivots. The rubber on wheels has been doubled to make them stronger and smoother. The new lower wheels of magic 2 are equipped with new spring patented system. Magic 2 system integrates two fixed springs that work up to 88lbs door weight.
For doors weight higher than 88lbs, up to a maximum of 176 lbs, new wheels will flex more and hit the new rubber cylinder that acts as an additional cushion to the two springs. 1 running track (43 7/64). 1 running gear (37 1/64). 2 soft and self-closing mechanisms.
