Pre-hung from factory for easy installation. Standard 6 jamb made of 12-guage steel with polyurethane foam injected all around for climate control & energy savings. Heavy duty greased door hinges with aerospace grade bullet hinges. Hinges strong enough to support 1500 pounds. One piece jamb that will support weight of the doors.5/8 dual pane tempered insulated glass. Glass already installed for easy installation. Glass operates independently from the door to allow for ventilation & cleaning. Custom styles for preference & privacy.
7 coats of paint for dust & rust prevention. Sand blasted and acid washed to remove any impurities. Zinc galvanized to prevent rusting. Finished using epoxy primer, 2x epoxy paint, acrylic acid black paint, & hand applied faux finish. Final layer is a polyurethane clear coat to prevent dust and keep original finish sealed.Vinyl clad weather-stripping installed around the doorstop and t-astragal. Adjustable door threshold so that you can adjust for an uneven floor included.
Heavy duty door sweep included. Tight seal weather stripping around glass panels. Standard boreholes to allow customer to choose handle & lockset. Specs: 2 1/8" boring / 2 3/4" backset / 5 1/2 center to center. Accessories: everything included for easy installation.

We use a custom made pallet that is specifically designed to secure your door. However, our iron doors are extremely heavy as we only use the highest grade steel products.
