Rustic Wooden Saloon Doors unstained

This listing is for a set of two (2) unstained wooden doors, perfect for any entry into any room in your house -- also perfect for indoor or outdoor shutters. If interested in stain, please message before ordering, so a custom listing can be created for you -- stain will be an extra $15. Please note that the doors you receive might be made of reclaimed pallet wood, or planed and pressure treated pine wood.
This wood is still on the rustic side, but it's a bit smoother than the regular pallet wood, no nail holes, light in color, and pressure-treated, making them suitable for both indoor or outdoor use. With the wood being pressure-treated, your doors might be damp when the package is opened -- this is normal with pressure-treated wood being boxed up, but the doors will dry out quickly. Note: also with pressure treated wood they may be a greenish color on some pieces of wood due to the pressure treating process.
Which in my opinion gives it character. For this reason staining is recommended.(99% of people absolutely love the looks of it, but theyres always that 1% that loves to complain about anything so just covering all possibilities lol). Hinges are available for $25.00 or $60.00. Two types of hinges are available. Barn style hinges, which are the type that have to be shut manually.
Saloon swinging hinges, which are the type that shut automatically. (think of the kind in old western movies) these are $60. All hinges will be unattached and included in your package, all four wrapped in bubble wrap. Note that with these doors, there will be a 1-2 difference in your measurements to allow for hinges and a gap to prevent rubbing. Example: if you request doors for a 30" doorway, we'll leave 1-2" off to allow easy hanging with hinges and to allow for a small gap.
We select and hand cut each piece of wood used. When a piece is stained or painted, it's also done by hand. Each piece of wood is different with it's own "imperfections, " such as knots, rings, nail holes, etc. We believe leaving the wood as is as much as possible helps to retain its beauty. No two pieces of reclaimed pallet wood are identical. Therefore, each piece will have it's own character and uniqueness. When painting is included on an item, you'll be able to see the brushstrokes from time to time, as well, where everything is done by hand. While we try our best to make each item as perfect as possible, please do not expect your item to look exactly like the one pictured, but please be assured your item is made with love.
