Lay out top, bottom, middle horizontal pieces and both vertical side pieces. Start by drilling middle slot into side vertical piece.

Screw top and bottom horizontal pieces next to side vertical piece with bolts. Next slide in all vertical middle panels and hammer in securely.

Install second vertical side piece starting with middle board then screw in top and bottom boards. Then install decorative trim wood pieces with screws that came with kit. Determine location of rail above doorway and if header board is needed. Screw in rail bar with spacers into wall studs or header board and ensure it is level for proper usage. Next install strap and castors onto door with screws and bolts.

Ensure bottom of castor wheel is 1 13/16th away from door to allow bar to slide in. Pre-drill holes for screws and bolts to attach both hangers.

Screw in bolts and tighten securely. Hang door onto rail next.

Install both door stoppers with allen key to rail bar to stop door. Cut groove into door on bottom of door to allow for floor guide to hold door close to wall.

Lastly screw in top rubber nobs to top of door to ensure door will not fall off track. This item is made of wood, steel and pine.
