We love using kiln dried pine (the more knotty the better) as it is cost effective for our clients. Upon request, we can also source knotty alder, cedar, beetle kill pine, purple boards, and much much more give us a shout for an estimate on your project. We can build your barn door in any size you want from 72" in width to 120" in height.
Our doors start at $425 for a pine door, with a standard design, that is from 30" in width to 42" in width. We base our pricing on width, not height, so you can go all the way up to 120 at no additional cost. This includes a fully finished door (front + back) in a wood stain, sealed, and a standard handle is included (black or stainless steel).

Our doors are finished on both sides. This is a standard for us. Hanging hardware does not come with this specific barn door listing as the barn door hardware size you need is dependent on the size of the barn door that you need. We now offer at wholesale pricing - standard black hanging hardware for our clients only.
$80 for doors up to 38 in width (6.6ft rail). $95 for doors up to 48 in width (8ft rail).Our doors are built with strong wood pine boards secured by black nails that are driven through the front of the boards to achieve a more authentic rustic barn door. If you are wanting to achieve a more modern finish, we use screws which are drilled in from the back of the door and are not visible from the front (design side) of the door. How to measure for a sliding barn door. Width: 2" longer than door opening (a bit wider for bathrooms 3-4"). Height: 1/2" to 1" taller than door height. We look forward to hearing with you. We look forward to customizing this door for you.

As you can see in the picture, this is a one sided design (both sides are finished). However the back does have a purposeful design.The bolts are screwed into an exposed nut of the same color. Please note that no screws are left exposed, leaving both sides worthy of a picture, & safety for kids we install two small stainless steel 4 inch brackets to the back for additional support for long term wear and tear. We believe this adds to the industrial look to the back of the door which is important to us. Handle (stainless steel, black, or none). Steel accents (stainless steel or black).
