High-quality, wooden hinged glass door with frosted design. A hinged door is a door whose door leaf is "hinged" (fixed) on one side to allow the door to pivot away from the doorway in one direction, but not the other. All our doors are made of toughened/tempered glass.

Tempered glass is a type of safety glass processed by controlled thermal or chemical treatments to increase its strength compared with normal glass. Tempering puts the outer surfaces into compression and the interior into tension. Such stresses cause the glass, when broken, to crumble into small granular chunks instead of splintering into jagged shards as plate glass (annealed glass) does. The granular chunks are less likely to cause injury. For each of our designs you have the choice between 3 different privacy levels.

Suggested rough opening wide: +1-3/4" to 2" inches (more than the width of the door leaf). Suggested rough opening height: +1-3/4" to 2" inches (more than the width of the door leaf).

Door frame /jamb size: 4-9/16", +$40 (5-1/4") or +$40 (6-5/8) wide jambs (custom sizes available). Door frame / jambs thickness: 3/4 inches. Frame casing / trim thickness: 5/8 inches. Finishing: primed or + $ 60 painted.

Ps: for a perfect fit height and width will be 1-3/4" to 2" inches more. Ideal for pre-installed pocket door sliding systems. Easy to replace existing interior door. Picture illustrates a finished door. High quality polyurethane coating (only with door finish: painted). Door finish: primed or painted.

Effect: semi-private, non-private or full-private. Glass thickness: 1/4 (5 mm). Door thickness: 1-3/8 (moisture resistant medium density fibreboard).

Door thickness: 1-1/2 (solid timber). Glass type: tempered safety glass. Doors are no pre-drilled for the hardware.

Bore holes for door locks / door knobs / door hardware. Glass color: arctic-blue or blue-green (tinted glass). Choose your own design or one of another door on our website. In case of delays we will inform you immediately.
